New Year. New Residency. New Mix.

Hello, hello! It's been a while for us i know, consider it a period of taking stock. 2012 is the year where we're going to make a concerted effort to stay on top of shit and actually post some stuff on here, not just press release for nights we're running. You may wonder why there's a picture of Trevor Jackson here. Well please read on....

Calling all Londoners, we've got 2 VERY exciting nights coming up in the Stoke Newington area. The Drop (soon to be renamed The Waiting Room), a sweaty little club den on the corner of Church street (made semi-legendary by Andrew Weatherall's Thursday parties) is to host Shameless Disco's first 2 parties of 2012. We thought we'd make specially sure of putting on 2 exceptional nights and have commandeered the services of Leftside Wobble for February with Trevor Jackson of Playgroup fame coming in March. More details to follow once all is ironed out, but to say we're excited is an understatement.

So we've ended 2011 with a lot of excitement for what's to come and can't wait to get started!

We also got round to putting together a little mixtape of a disco and house cuts that are floating our boat right now. Not a 'best of 2011 mix' as such. Tuck in and enjoy and stay tuned for more info on what's round the corner. Oh and Happy New Year!
